In this episode, we push back the narrative represented in a recent TikTok and through celebrities of not having children so you can have the life you always wanted. Children have always been a vital aspect of the redemption story of the bible as Jesus was spoken of as the Seed of the woman in Gen 3, Christians are described as the seed of Abraham, and Jesus is then described as the seed of David. Parenting is vital for kingdom building, and it’s not just for parents. We talk about how single people and others in the church play vital roles in the lives of children. We challenge the church to examine their view of children and to start prioritizing them more in their budgets and with their time.
